Stephen Grebe

Stephen Grebe has a strong background in commercial lending and banking. Stephen is currently the Managing Director and Vice President at PACE Equity, LLC, where they developed and manages a commercial lending platform for real estate projects nationwide. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President at Tri City National Bank, where they helped grow the bank by providing commercial banking services to businesses and real estate entities. Stephen also served as President of Business Lending Services LLC, a commercial lending operation for a consortium of credit unions. Stephen Grebe has extensive experience in the banking industry, including roles as Vice President at Firstar Bank and Vice President at Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation.

Stephen Grebe has obtained a Diploma from Marquette University High School. Stephen further pursued their education at Marquette University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. Later, they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the same university. In addition, Stephen is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Economic Development Professional. Stephen also completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin. Furthermore, they have received certification as a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker.
