Srinivas K Pai

Srinivas K Pai has a decade of work experience in the construction industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Senior Site Engineer at Sobha Developers Ltd. Srinivas then moved to Egis in 2010 as a Quantity Surveyor. In 2011, they joined Sahara Prime City Limited as an Executive - Planning. In 2012, they became a Civil Engineer at Infoparks Kerala, where they executed interior fit out works and managed and maintained a 2.5 lakh Sft IT building and its allied infrastructure. In 2014, they became a Partner at Aspirage Architectural Engineers and Consultants, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the Project Management Process. Srinivas also implemented process automation using the Zoho CRM platform. In 2018, they joined Shriram Properties Private Ltd as a Consultant - Product Strategy. In 2019, they became an Associate Consultant - Lean Construction at Constask Management Solutions LLP. Most recently, in 2020, they Co-Founded and became the CEO of PaceRobotics, a company that designs, develops and provides robots for construction.

Srinivas K Pai obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from SCMS school of Engineering and Technology between 2003 and 2007. Srinivas then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode between 2013 and 2015. In April 2022, they received a NASSCOM DeepTech Club - Startup Badge from NASSCOM. Srinivas also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from MSME-TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PPDCAGRA) in September 2020.
