Debra Smith

Debra Smith has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Director of Center Operations for PACE Southeast Michigan since June 2017, with previous roles including Center Manager, Assistant Day Health Center Manager, and Life Enrichment Therapist. Prior to this, Debra worked at St. Joseph Healthcare Center from November 2010 to June 2017 as Activity Director, where responsibilities included assessing incoming residents and creating a monthly events calendar. Debra also held the position of Activity Director at Ciena Healthcare from July 1999 to November 2010. Debra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Davenport University between 2002 and 2005.
