Donna Wilkinson

Donna Wilkinson has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1993 with Sara Lee Foods, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources until 1999. Donna then moved to Sara Lee Corp as Vice President of Human Resources from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they worked at eSkye Solutions as Vice President of Human Capital from 1999 to 2001. Since 2002, they have been with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources before becoming the Chief People Officer in 2022. Their work has been focused on leading HR functions and fostering community involvement within the organizations they have been a part of.

Donna Wilkinson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University in 1989. Donna then went on to complete their MBA with a focus in Human Resources from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in 1993.
