Annette Boen

Annette Boen has extensive experience in property management, accounting, and customer service. Currently serving as a Management Supervisor at Pacesetter Claims Service, Inc. since April 2017, Annette is responsible for data entry and management. Previously, Annette held the position of manager at Hilltop Development from 2007 to November 2023, overseeing all aspects of property management and accounting. Annette has also worked as a dispatcher and receptionist at Sweets Plumbing, managing phone communications, dispatching, light accounting, and collections from August 2016 to April 2017, and has experience as a Leasing Manager and Property Manager at Apartment Service Company from March 2012 to August 2016. Annette's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Gregory's University and a certificate in Accounting from Wright Business School.
