Samuel H. Rossmann, MMHC has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Samuel's extensive experience includes their tenure at United Surgical Partners International, Inc where they held various positions. Samuel H. served as the Regional Vice President of Operations from July 2020 to September 2022, leading the financial, operational, clinical, and growth efforts of 10 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in Texas and Louisiana. Samuel H. successfully executed a service line growth strategy, resulting in the addition of new GI and Pain Management physicians as partners and a significant increase in surgical cases.

Before that, Samuel worked as the Chief Executive Officer at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital from July 2011 to June 2020. Samuel H. provided operational and cultural leadership to ensure quality, service, and operational excellence, and maintained strong physician relationships. During their tenure, the hospital and its four breast centers performed over 8,800 surgeries and 37,000 breast imaging procedures annually, generating substantial net revenue and EBITDA.

Prior to their role as CEO, Samuel served as the Regional Director of Florida Operations at United Surgical Partners International, Inc from October 2008 to June 2011. Samuel H. oversaw the operations and had P&L responsibility for four multi-specialty surgery centers in Florida. Notably, they successfully increased gastroenterology volume by 50% through strategic initiatives and strengthened relationships with an internal GI physician group.

Samuel also held positions at United Surgical Partners International, Inc as the Director of Strategic Operations from January 2008 to September 2008 and as the Manager of Strategic Operations from January 2007 to December 2007. In these roles, they led the exploration of physician relationship programs, implemented a decision support system, and provided consultative guidance to the senior executive team on growth strategies.

Additionally, Samuel gained valuable experience as an Assistant Director/Analyst of Financial Operations at United Surgical Partners International, Inc from March 2005 to December 2006. Samuel H. engaged with senior management on contract negotiations, developed financial models, and provided consultation on revenue projections for development projects.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Samuel worked as a Logistics Analyst and later as a Logistics Planner and Carrier Analyst at Sysco from January 2003 to December 2004.

Samuel H. Rossmann, MMHC, pursued their education at Vanderbilt University, where they received a Master of Management in Health Care degree. This accomplishment was completed in 2019, although the start year is not specified. Prior to this, Samuel attended Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics in 2003.
