Aloki Batra

Aloki Batra serves as the Chief Executive Officer of FIVE Hotels and Resorts since 2017, where significant achievements include maintaining an average occupancy rate of 86% across properties in Dubai, Zurich, and Ibiza, alongside a strong average daily rate (ADR) and total revenue per available room (TrevPAR). In October 2023, Aloki was appointed CEO of Pacha Group following its acquisition by FIVE Holdings for €302.5 million. Prior to this, Aloki was the Managing Director of FIVE Holdings from January 2010 to June 2017, where a strategic focus on investment opportunities and marketing led to the rapid sell-out of key projects, generating over USD 925 million in sales. Aloki holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Cathedral & John Connon School and Sydenham College.
