Barbara Galyen

Barbara Galyen is an accomplished international consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an International Consultant at BG Consulting since January 2000, Barbara has also been self-employed since January 2016, focusing on independent projects. In addition to roles at BG and Associates, Cultural Awareness International, Inc., ExecutivEdge of Silicon Valley, Aperian Global, and Pragati Leadership, Barbara has contributed to various global initiatives primarily in globalization, leadership, and communications. With a history of facilitating the "ATD" Awakening the Dreamer Symposiums through Pachamama Alliance, Barbara was also the founder and CEO of Bridge the Gap Consulting, Inc. from 1997 to 2015. Barbara holds a BA in Social Science from San Diego State University, an EdD in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne, and a Cred in Pupil Personnel from Point Loma Nazarene University.
