Cathleen McCoy

Cathleen McCoy has extensive experience in business development, currently serving at Pacific Bay Technologies since 2014, where the company focuses on leveraging technology to minimize reactive support issues and enhance IT strategy for businesses. Prior to this role, Cathleen co-founded Heaven's Roast Coffee from 2007 to 2011, which was the first specialty coffee roaster in Loveland, Ohio, offering fair trade and organic options to local customers and businesses. Cathleen's earlier experience includes a position in business development at CMAC Root Solutions from 2004 to 2007, specializing in various IT services such as root cause analysis and disaster recovery planning. Cathleen holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati.
