Saurabh Belsare

Saurabh Belsare is a highly experienced bioinformatician currently serving as a Senior Scientist at PacBio since February 2023. Prior to this role, Saurabh was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oregon from March 2020 to February 2023 and at the University of California, San Francisco from August 2017 to January 2020. Saurabh completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley, where research activities took place from August 2011 to May 2017, following a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 2011. Early research experience includes an Undergraduate Research Internship at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics during May to July 2010.
