Neil Masson is an experienced QA professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles focused on quality assurance and testing across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at Pacific Blue Cross since January 2015, Neil has contributed to significant projects including the ACES Claims Transfer Project and the BlueConnect Call Center Upgrade Project. Previous roles at Pacific Blue Cross included QA Analyst, where responsibilities involved implementing a Business Management System and supporting user acceptance testing across various departments. Earlier experiences include QA positions at ICBC, where Neil tested digital redlight camera installations and insurance-related programs, as well as quality assurance leadership roles at Top Producer and Business Objects. Neil holds a BA in History and Economics from Simon Fraser University.
