Rachel Hao

Rachel Hao has over eight years of experience in underwriting, currently serving as Manager of Underwriting at Pacific Blue Cross since November 2019, where previous roles included Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to that, Rachel held the position of Senior Underwriter for Accident and Health at AIG from October 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Group Underwriter for corporate accounts at Pacific Blue Cross from August 2015 to October 2017. Rachel began the career as a Group Underwriter at Saskatchewan Blue Cross from July 2011 to June 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business, as well as a Certificate in Spanish, both from the University of Regina.
