Kathleen Killips is an experienced Sub Escrow Officer with a strong background in the title and escrow industry. Currently serving at Pacific Coast Title Company since August 2022, Kathleen has previously held similar positions at Consumer's Title Company from July 2018 to 2022 and at Orange Coast Title Company of Northern California from August 2017 to July 2018. Kathleen's career began at North American Title, where responsibilities included Title Assistant and Escrow Assistant roles from 2003 to August 2017.
