Nick Bertz

Nick Bertz has extensive experience in IT and systems analysis, particularly in business intelligence within the SAP environment. Since joining Pacific Cycle, Inc. in May 2005 as an SAP Systems Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence, Nick has developed strong skills in ETL, data modeling, reporting, authorizations, and data warehouse management. Previously, as a Computer Operations Technician at Pacific Cycle from 2003 to 2005, responsibilities included user support, Active Directory maintenance, disaster recovery planning, and tool development for remote assistance. Earlier roles included LAN Manager at the Management Information Office at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, overseeing a team that maintained network services for over 3,500 users, and a Network Administrator position at the University where Nick handled various operating systems and managed software deployment. Nick's career began with an internship at American Family Insurance focused on help desk support. Education accomplishments include degrees from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Middleton High School, and Madison Area Technical College.
