Michael Williamson JD, CHC, CCEP has a range of experience in compliance and ethics roles. From 1997 to 2007, they served as Founder/Partner at the Law Office of Michael J. Williamson. Michael Williamson then worked as an Assistant General Counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they became the Chief Compliance Officer/Chief Privacy Officer at APS Healthcare from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Williamson joined Smile Brands Inc. as Chief Compliance Officer, where they developed and managed the corporate Compliance & Ethics Program and conducted enterprise-wide Compliance Systems and Effectiveness Reviews. Michael Williamson redesigned the program, formed the company's first Management Compliance and Ethics Committee, and published the first Code of Conduct & Ethics. Michael Williamson left Smile Brands Inc. in 2014.

Williamson then joined Pacific Dental Services as Director of Compliance, Senior Director of Compliance & Ethics, and later as Vice President of Compliance & Ethics. Michael Williamson currently serves on the Board of Directors for OSAP - Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention.

Michael Williamson obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from New England Law | Boston. Michael Williamson also holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and as a Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the same institution. Michael Williamson was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1991.
