Tricia Sprowell

Tricia Sprowell has extensive experience in HR and People Relations. Tricia worked at Pacific Dental Services from 2015 to present, starting as a Senior Manager and progressing to Director and then Senior Director. Prior to that, they were an HR Director at The Wet Seal, Inc. from 2002 to 2013. Tricia also had a long tenure at Nordstrom, where they served as an HR Manager for 18 years, focusing on employee relations, training, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and customer service.

Tricia Sprowell holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Tricia also obtained the SPHR-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2015, and potentially holds a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
