Kimberly Flebotte

Kimberly Flebotte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project operations and energy strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Project Operations Specialist at Pacific Energy Concepts since November 2022, Kimberly has held various roles in the energy sector, including Energy Strategy Manager and Incentives Specialist at US Energy Recovery from June 2018 to December 2021. Previous positions include Government Affairs Intern at the Solar Energy Industries Association and Program Assistant at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council on the Ocean. Kimberly's career began at Junior Achievement of Arizona, where roles spanned from Customer Service Coordinator to Director of Experiential Education. Kimberly also gained experience as an Assistant to the Office Manager at Transwest Geochem. Academically, Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability from Harvard University, a Certification in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University.
