Vincent Lesage

Vincent Lesage has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Their most recent role is as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Pacific Hospitality Group since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at The Meritage Resort and Spa from February 2021 to September 2022. Vincent also worked as the Executive Chef at Vista Collina Resort and Meritage Resort from July 2018 to February 2021. Before that, Vincent was the Executive Chef at Bacara Resort & Spa from 2015 to July 2018, and at Balboa Bay Resort from 2013 to 2015. Vincent started their career as the Executive Sous Chef at St. Regis Hotel in 2008, where they worked until 2013.

Vincent Lesage obtained their Associate's degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General from the Institut Paul Bocuse, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
