Elizabeth Lilliott

Elizabeth Lilliott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in evaluation and consulting. Since 2007, Elizabeth has served as the owner of Elizabeth Lilliott, Evaluation and Consulting. Concurrently, Elizabeth has held the position of Senior Program Evaluator at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation since July 2005. In 2011, Elizabeth worked as a consultant for ConStrat and previously served as the Academic Coordinator for Trent-in-Ecuador from August 2003 to July 2005. Elizabeth holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1994 and 2003, and a BA in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley, received from 1986 to 1991.
