Michael D. George

Michael D. George is an accomplished Program Evaluator at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation since August 2007, serving as Principal Investigator on various community and state-level projects focused on underage drinking prevention. Michael possesses extensive experience in law enforcement liaison and highway safety, previously holding senior roles with the South Carolina Department of Public Safety and the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Services. Additionally, Michael has an academic background in criminal justice and public administration, serving as an adjunct professor. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master’s in Justice and Public Safety from Auburn University at Montgomery, and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College, among other credentials.
