John Karr

John Karr is a skilled Field Technician with extensive experience in monitoring and laboratory curation at ICF, Pacific Legacy, Inc., and PaleoWest since 2021. Prior to this, John held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Bartender/Server roles at Mikkeller, 21st Amendment Brewery, and Marin Brewing Company, as well as serving at Rogue Ales & Spirits and Tap's Restaurant and Tap Room. John also participated in a field school focused on the excavation of a post-medieval building at Camas nan Geall in 2019. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from San Francisco State University, earned between 2017 and 2019, and continues education in Heritage Archaeological Research Practice.
