Howard T. Hirakawa

Howard Hirakawa is currently employed at Pacific Life, where Howard holds the position of Vice President. Prior to their current role, Howard served as Senior Vice President, Investment Advisor Operations, and Vice President, Fund Advisor Operations at Pacific Life. Howard Hirakawa obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Drucker School of Management in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from San Diego State University in 1985.
