Ryan Fransen

Ryan Fransen is an experienced design engineer and product development specialist with a strong background in mechanical engineering and industrial design. Currently working at Stanley 1913 since May 2022, Ryan has held positions such as Design Engineer and Associate Design Engineer. Prior to this, Ryan contributed as an Associate Product Manager at Springs Window Fashions, where automation of technical product data management earned recognition through the company's Best Experience award. Noteworthy achievements also include leading a team at Valqari to develop a patentable drone delivery mailbox concept, managing multiple design projects as an intern at Radio Flyer, and executing a successful assembly redesign at Pella Corporation. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
