Stephen Lake

Stephen Lake is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product design and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Engineer at Stanley 1913 since July 2019, Stephen focuses on developing new product solutions and collaborating with the in-house Design Engineering team while managing vendor relationships in technical areas. Previous roles include Mechanical Design Engineer at Pure Safety Group, where Stephen managed CAD modeling projects, and Product Design Engineer at True Brands, focusing on consumer products with food contact applications.
