Jeremy Twitchell

Jeremy Twitchell is a Senior Energy Analyst at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) since April 2018, specializing in research on regulatory barriers to the adoption of energy storage technologies and providing technical assistance to states on energy policies. Previously, as an Energy Policy Advisor at the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, Jeremy advised on energy policy issues, drafted a policy statement on energy storage, and led an integrated resource plan rulemaking. Earlier experience includes roles such as Regulatory Analyst, Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University, and Intern at Third Way, where research focused on clean energy policies. With a Master's degree in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, Jeremy combines extensive analytical skills with a background in journalism.
