Alex Kok has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Alex started their career in 1995 at Silicon Valley Group, where they performed customer service installation and maintenance tasks. Alex then worked at ASM Inc as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in the repair and installation of semiconductor processing equipment. After that, they joined Intel Corporation as a Manufacture Equipment Technician, where they ran production wafer and maintained wafer processing equipment. In 2014, they transitioned to the IT industry, working as a Network Administrator and gaining certifications in CompTIA and Microsoft Server. Alex then joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Mid-Range Copier Technician, responding to customer service tickets and assisting with network setup. Currently, they are working at Pacific Office Automation as a Network/Remote Support Technician, responsible for delivering IT support and connecting office equipment. Throughout their career, Alex has shown expertise in troubleshooting, equipment installation, and network configuration.

Alex Kok completed a Bachelor's degree of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University from 2001 to 2003. In 2014 to 2015, Alex self-studied and obtained IT certifications in Network and System Administration/Administrator, specifically in Cisco Routing and Switching and Microsoft Server 2012. In addition, Alex obtained several certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, and CompTIA A+ in 2013.
