Allison Donaldson

Allison Donaldson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Allison started their career as a College Recruiter at Bankers Trust and later worked as an Assistant Vice President at Long Beach Mortgage Company. Allison then joined Washington Mutual Bank as a Vice President, where they managed Organizational Development and Human Resources. After that, they worked at BakerCorp as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on HR operations. Following their time at BakerCorp, they joined Brinderson/Aegion Energy Services as a Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing strategic leadership and management of the HR team. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources Operations at Pacific Premier Bank.

Allison Donaldson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communications from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, they hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in Elementary Education from Cal State Long Beach.
