Patricia Rubio De Luca has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Patricia is currently working at Pacific Premier Bank as the EVP, Deputy Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, they served as the SVP, Deputy Chief Risk Officer at the same company.

Before joining Pacific Premier Bank, Patricia held the position of Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Orange County's Credit Union. In this role, they led the strategic development of the enterprise, operational, and compliance risk management teams. Patricia also provided support to the Compliance-BSA and Fraud Mitigation teams and established risk and control assessments to enable business growth strategies.

From 2011 to 2019, Patricia worked at MUFG - Union Bank as a Managing Director, Business Unit Risk Management. Patricia was responsible for building and leading a risk management group that oversaw risk strategies and programs covering various banking operations. Patricia also played a key role in creating comprehensive risk and control management frameworks.

Patricia also has experience in risk management and operational roles at Bank of America, Countrywide Financial Corporation, and GE Capital. At Bank of America, they served as the SVP of Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management. At Countrywide Financial Corporation, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management, where they built and managed a risk assessment, compliance, and governance organization. At GE Capital, Patricia underwent executive risk management and Six Sigma training and held roles such as Risk Manager, Portfolio Risk Manager, and Risk Analyst.

Earlier in their career, Patricia worked as a Project Manager, Systems Analyst, and FP&A professional at Xerox Corporation, where they led Y2K business and system processes documentation and training efforts. Patricia also worked as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and as a Lease Processor/Funder at American Honda Finance Corporation.

Throughout their career, Patricia has demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, and control frameworks, and has played integral roles in implementing strategies for business growth and operational strength.

Patricia Rubio De Luca holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Information Technology from USC Marshall School of Business. Patricia also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign - Urbana. In addition, Patricia has obtained certifications including Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from GE Capital. Patricia has also completed the Change Acceleration Process certification from GE Capital.
