Josimary Duke

Josimary Duke possesses extensive experience in various roles, primarily in IT and customer service. Currently serving as the Electronic Marketing Secretary at Pacific Press Publishing Association since January 2020, Josimary has also been a Customer Service Representative at Pacific Press since October 2010, handling customer orders and inquiries. Prior experience includes an IT Specialist role at IBM Global Services from April 1982 to December 2008, where responsibilities included MESA Administration and contributions to global application team projects, significantly enhancing productivity and reducing errors. Josimary further expanded professional skills through a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from ExecTrain of Idaho in 2009 and has an educational background from West Valley College.
