Yahaira Renovales

Yahaira Renovales has a strong background in risk management, compliance, and lending support. Yahaira has experience working as a QA/QC Compliance Manager - Analyst at PacRes Mortgage since January 2021, where they have demonstrated their problem-solving and customer service skills. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Compliance Manager in the Remediation Complaints Consumers Department from July 2020 to December 2020, monitoring operational processes and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Before that, they were a Compliance QC/Senior Analyst at FIS from May 2016 to July 2020, where they were responsible for completing reconciliations accurately and on time, resolving issues, and updating data in the system.

Yahaira Renovales completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, from 1997 to 2000. Yahaira then pursued a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, which they completed from 2001 to 2006.
