Debbie Schofield

Debbie Schofield has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Debbie began their career in 1990 as an HR Specialist at Comcast, where they were responsible for leave administration, staffing for a 300-person call center, and benefits administration. In 1995, they moved to GW International as an HR Specialist, where they handled benefits administration, staffing for internal transfers and promotions, and HRIS/Payroll processing. In 2001, they became an HR Generalist at Charter Communications, where they were responsible for full cycle staffing of a 500-person call center, benefits administration, and employee relations activities. In 2013, they took on the role of Associate Benefits Specialist at Banfield Pet Hospital, providing customer service to associates in the Mid-Atlantic region, leave administration, and assisting Field Leadership with associate issues. In 2015, they joined DSV - Global Transport and Logistics as an HR Generalist, providing HR Generalist services to employees at the UTi/DSV's Portland downtown office. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Specialist at the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission.

Debbie Schofield completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in HR Management at Portland State University in 2011. Debbie also holds a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although it is currently expired.
