Ameya Shirwadkar

Ameya Shirwadkar is an experienced energy professional with a strong background in trading, analysis, and engineering. Currently serving as a Junior Trader at Pacific Summit Energy since January 2022, Ameya previously worked as an Energy Analyst at LCG Consulting, where responsibilities included production cost modeling for different ISOs. Prior roles include an Engineer CO-OP at Con Edison, focusing on grid reliability in Manhattan, and a Research Assistant at the Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation, where research centered on the Obama Clean Power Plan. Ameya's earlier experience encompasses consulting in energy management and internships that involved technical analysis, safety measures, and equipment calibration. Ameya holds a Master's degree in Electricity Markets from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
