Justin Richardson

Justin Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently the Founder & CEO of HELIOS Power since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Transformer from 2019 onwards. Justin also worked as the Managing Partner at Clover Capital from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they were a Faculty Member at Fullerton College from 2014 to 2019. Justin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Rastaclat in 2017-2018 and Vice President - Relationship Banker at California Bank & Trust from 2013 to 2017. Justin also had experience at Zions Bancorporation, Cole Real Estate Investments, Spectrum Commercial Lending, and Santa Barbara Bank & Trust in various roles prior to their current positions.

Justin Richardson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Later, between 2009 and 2011, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
