Joe Cecala

Mr. Cecala is Regional Vice President of Pacific Western Bank's Los Angeles Region.

Mr. Cecala joined the company in 2006 and was the Regional President of the Inland Empire Region until 2013 when he assumed his current role. Before joining Pacific Western Bank, he was the Chief Credit Officer at Foothill Independent Bank.
