Amit Israni

Amit Israni is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, investment management, and finance. Currently serving as Principal at Pacifica Companies since 2018 and as Founding Principal at PacShore Communities since 2019, Amit specializes in mobile home and RV park investment and management. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at Silverthread Capital, where Amit focused on commercial real estate funding, and Graduate Intern Analyst at Anbau Enterprises, concentrating on multifamily and condominium developments. Additionally, Amit was an Assistant Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate at Torrey Pines Bank, overseeing loan commitments, and held earlier positions at Pacifica Companies and Fairfield Residential. Amit holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
