Naresh Kotwani

Naresh successfully oversees the Eastern region of Pacifica Companies. While his main focus is hotels, his entrepreneurial mindset involves him in Pacifica's growth in other ventures such as multi-family, debt acquisition and new business ventures. He was responsible for expanding the efforts of Pacifica in the Midwest as he headed the acquisitions and operations of eleven hotels, office buildings and development projects. While there, he received several awards from the area hotel associations and the Chamber of Commerce for his work in the community. In 2002, Naresh moved to Florida to head Pacifica's growth in the Eastern part of the U.S. This included managing the acquisition, operation and growth of several hotels and real estate projects in Florida and New York. Naresh is a mechanical engineer and has earned an MBA in marketing from JBIMS Mumbai, India and an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas.
