Kerstin Rock

Kerstin Rock has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a focus on market policy, analytics, and operations. Kerstin is currently working at PacifiCorp as the Director Market Policy & Analytics + EDAM Implementation Director, where they lead a diverse team and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to implement market designs and optimize resources. Prior to joining PacifiCorp, they served as the Senior VP Operations at LO3 Energy, managing a start-up focused on community-based energy trading. Kerstin also has experience in consulting roles at Portland General Electric, EMI Consulting, CLEAResult, PECI, and The Cadmus Group, Inc. Throughout their career, Kerstin has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, product development, and financial consulting within the energy sector.

Kerstin Rock obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lewis & Clark College, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Kerstin then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Portland State University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
