Aaron Shatzer

Aaron Shatzer, FSA, MAAA, has extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as Actuarial Director of Health Economics at PacificSource Health Plans since September 2014, with prior roles including Actuarial Manager for Government Pricing, Lead Associate Actuary, Actuarial Team Leader, Actuarial Analyst, and Data Analytics Specialist. Before joining PacificSource, Aaron Shatzer was a Graduate Teaching Fellow and Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon from September 2010 to August 2014, where responsibilities included teaching various mathematics courses. Aaron Shatzer holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Luther College, where earlier experiences included tutoring and research fellowship roles.
