Elizabeth Bainter

Elizabeth Bainter is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical quality and population health management. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Quality and Population Health at PacificSource Health Plans since February 2014, Elizabeth has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Quality and Director of Quality Improvement. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Lovelace Health Plan from July 2010 to January 2014, where roles included Vice President of Health Services and Assistant Vice President of Quality, focusing on quality, credentialing, and Medicare risk adjustment revenue. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University.
