Mohamed Boumiza is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Seame since April 2023, Mohamed has also held positions as a Cuisinier at Heilroom and Pacini since February 2022 and August 2020, respectively. Previous experience includes a role as Chef De Partie at Hôtel William Gray from March 2022 to December 2023 and a stagiaire at Movenpick Hotel du Lac Tunis beginning in July 2018. Early career stages featured a chef de rang internship at Novotel Avignon Centre and a guest relations training at Sheraton Tunis Hotel. Mohamed holds a maîtrise in project management from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a Licentiate degree in hotel management and an MBA in hotel management from Vatel Tunisie.
