Amy Craig is a seasoned professional in the field of eCommerce and event operations, currently serving as a Senior eCommerce Operations Specialist at Paciolan since November 2011. Prior experience includes roles such as Ticket Operations Manager at The Monument, Box Office Coordinator at The National, and Event Services Coordinator at Sam Houston Race Park. Amy's career began with an internship at YMCA of Greenville and progressed through various positions including Game Operations with the Washington Wizards and Box Office roles in several venues. Amy holds a B.S. in Sport & Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2007.
