Lakshmi Ramaseshan

Lakshmi Ramaseshan is a seasoned Agile Coaching professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Agile Coaching at Paciolan since January 2020, Lakshmi focuses on building a sustainable workforce and nurturing an Agile mindset within the organization. Previous roles include Director of Agile Coaching and Sr. Agile Coach at Paciolan, and Sr. ScrumMaster/Agile Coach at Assurant. Lakshmi’s background encompasses project management and Agile coaching across multiple sectors, including First American Title and VaxCare, where a commitment to team and psychological safety was paramount. An educational foundation with a BBA from St. Francis College for Women and a Masters Diploma in Software Technology from Aptech complements Lakshmi's professional achievements.
