Mary Digiorgi

Senior Vice President Clinical Development And Medical Strategy at Pacira Pharmaceuticals

Mary DiGiorgi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting from 1995, they worked at Columbia University Medical Center in various capacities, including as a Clinical Research Coordinator and as a Coordinator/Programmer. Mary later served as an Instructor and Associate Director at the Institute of Human Nutrition. From 2008 to 2014, Mary worked as a Clinical Research Director at the Center for Metabolic and Weight Loss Surgery. In 2012, they became an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Columbia University Medical Center.

In 2016, Mary joined Pacira BioSciences, Inc. as an Associate Director in the Health Outcomes and Value Assessment department. Mary then progressed to roles such as Senior Director and Executive Director in the Medical Science department. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Medical Science and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of Clinical Development. As of 2022, Mary holds the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Development and Medical Strategy at Pacira BioSciences, Inc.

Mary DiGiorgi has a PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology from Columbia University. Mary also holds an MPH in Epidemiology from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, as well as an MS in Human Nutrition from Columbia University.
