Claire Spardel

Claire Spardel has held a variety of finance roles since 2015. Claire began their career at Macy's as an Associate Financial Planner- Seasonal, Career, Suits, and Dresses, before progressing to Assistant Financial Planner- Swim and Coats and Assistant Financial Planner - RTW Collections and Impulse. Claire also participated in the Merchant Executive Development Program at Macy's. In 2018, Claire moved to M.M.LaFleur as a Senior FP&A Associate. Claire then joined Enchanté Accessories in 2019 as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. In 2021, they started working at Ivory Ella as both the Director of Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Currently, they are in the same roles at Package Free since 2022.

Claire Spardel attended Colgate University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Claire then went on to attend the NYU Stern School of Business from 2021 to 2024, where they are currently working towards a Master of Business Administration.
