Dusty Sirmans

Dusty Sirmans is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and audio technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Packaging Corporation of America since July 2019, Dusty has a strong background in frontend development, having previously worked with ProcessPlan as a Senior Frontend Developer. Prior roles include Interim Director of Worship Technology at Crosspointe Church, where responsibilities encompassed configuring audio systems across multiple campuses, training aspiring sound engineers, and managing live audio for large events. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Web Developer at Barnes Healthcare Services, Database Administrator/Web Programmer for the Lowndes County Board of Commissioners, and IT Manager Trainee at Moody Air Force Base.
