Executive Manager Of Customer Success at Packback

Annie Jones has a diverse work experience in a variety of roles. In 2020, they began working at Packback as the Customer Success Team Manager and then as the Customer Success Management Team Lead, where they managed 9 geographically-distributed individual contributors and oversaw the adoption of customer methodology. Annie was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager, where they built a mentorship program and coached a new hire to outperform pacing goals. Annie then worked as a Customer Success Manager II, achieving 102% of retention/upsell goals and transforming 38 “detractor” clients into “evangelists”. In 2018, they worked as a Teacher at Achievement First, where they taught over 200 students across five classes and spearheaded the implementation of AP Spanish and Sculpture programs. Annie also worked as a Corps Member at Teach For America, engaging in advocacy and childhood education work. From 2014-2018, they worked as a Graphic Designer for the Yale University Dramatic Association, Inc., Students for Carbon Dividends, Verb Energy, and The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC). In 2015, they worked as a Teacher at Campus Moragete: Complejo Educativo and as a Graphic Designer for the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. In 2013, they worked as a Graphic Designer for the American Heart Association, creating limited edition greeting cards to raise funds for the Go Red for Women Campaign.

Annie Jones completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Spanish from Yale University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended the Yale Norfolk School of Art from 2017 and The Juilliard School in 2016. Annie is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
