Later, they worked as a Software Developer at RefineCo, contributing to the creation of enterprise-level websites and data migrations. In this role, they gained experience in C#, ASP.Net, SharePoint, and various web technologies. Mitchell then joined American Crystal Sugar Company as a Software Developer, where they maintained and supported a PHP-based sales platform while fixing bugs and implementing new functionality. Mitchell'smost recent position was as a Software Engineer at Packet Digital, LLC, where they delivered a full stack project involving custom hardware, a desktop application, and a website. Mitchell recorded hardware statistics, controlled the hardware remotely, and connected it to the desktop application. Mitchell Monaghan attended Kelsey SIAST from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Mitchell then transferred to the University of Saskatchewan from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Mitchell returned to Kelsey SIAST from 2010 to 2012 and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
