Jay Lacroix

Jay LaCroix is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in Linux systems, cloud services, and operations. As the Owner and Trainer at LearnLinuxTV since June 2011, Jay has created popular instructional content focused on Linux. Jay has authored several influential books, including "Linux Mint Essentials" and multiple editions of "Mastering Linux Network Administration." Previous roles include Director of Cloud Services and Operations at Go2Group and a Cloud Computing Consultant at IOStream Computing LLC, specializing in deployment and configuration management. Jay's early career laid the foundation in IT support and administration, including positions at North American Bancard, Hearst Business Media, and Letica Corporation. Jay holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Technology Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
