Vanita Verma has extensive experience in customer service and team management, currently serving as Subscription Customer Lifecycle Manager at Packt since July 2013. Vanita has held various roles at Packt, including Customer Service Manager, Deputy Manager, and Customer Relations Team Leader, focusing on performance management, customer satisfaction improvement, and process enhancement.
