Martin Serra has extensive experience in creative direction and copywriting. Martin currently serves as the VP / Executive Creative Director at PACO Collective, where they oversee the agency's creative and production departments and provides strategic leadership for brands such as ComEd, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Amazon. Prior to this, Serra held roles as a Freelance Creative Director and Creative Consultant, as well as a VP / Creative Director at FCB Global, where they led the creative vision for numerous brands and received multiple awards and recognitions. Martin also established and co-led the first Multicultural creative department at FCB Global. Serra began their career at The San Jose Group as a Senior Copywriter, where they worked on campaigns for clients such as Hormel and Walmart, and earned a Multicultural & Lifestyle segments Effie Award. Martin also gained experience as a Copywriter at Central Creativa, working on campaigns for various clients, including political campaigns. Serra's early career started as a Junior Copywriter at Solucio Group.

Martin Serra earned a Bachelor's degree in Brand Image from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, completing their education from 1992 to 1996. Martin then pursued further studies at Hyper Island for Creative Innovation, with an anticipated completion date in 2021.
